Complex Adaptive Leadership

Accreditation will soon be available for experienced and competent professionals engaged in leadership development.

The accreditation will consist of a course which will enable professionals to deliver:

• tried and tested powerful interventions used on Executive Development programmes around the world for leading edge blue chip organisatsions.
• a newly designed programme consisting of two 3 day modules, with an effective peer coaching process in between modules to support the learning, which aims to save 1 day a week of time for executives involved
• a variety of tried and tested questionnaires/assessments which ensure deeper learning and encourage commitment to action

The foundation and approaches of the Complex Adaptive Leadership accreditation are based on:

- sound and protected intellectual property based on thorough research and peer reviewed conclusions regarding leadership and the use of complexity science.

- use of powerful learning interventions for experienced executives which have been tried and tested over 10 years to great acclaim at leading edge business schools such as INSEAD in France, Nyenrode  in the Netherlands and London Business School in the UK.

- practical actions which get real results and have been used for leading edge blue chip clients around the world.
