Nick’s background includes being an Army Major in his late 20‘s, a FTSE 100 Director in his 30’s and a visiting leadership professor at business schools such as INSEAD and LBS in his 40s. He specialises in helping organisations achieve leadership at all levels and mass culture change.
Sue is a highly experienced process consultant, researcher and writer, with a credible 25 year track record in leadership and ‘whole systems’ development, action learning and research.
Julian Birkinshaw is Professor and Chair of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School. He is co-founder of the Management Lab (MLab), a Fellow of the Advanced Institute of Management Research (UK), and a Fellow of the Academy of International Business.
Serge Beddington- Behrens
Serge is an internationally respected coach, psychotherapist, and spiritual educator. He started as a stockbroker, before moving into publishing and running an art gallery in London. He then went to the U.S. and qualified as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Relationship Consultant.
Roger is a Leadership development consultant and Executive coach. He spends periods of time in interim roles both managing leadership development functions and as HR Director. He is also a Programme Director at London Business School. Prior to becoming an independent consultant he held senior HR and development roles in FTSE 100 companies.
Abby is a pioneer in the field of leadership for complex environments. She partners with individuals, groups and organization systems as a facilitator, workshop leader and coach, helping people develop distributed leadership capacities and methods of interaction to collectively co-create a more successful future.
Along with Russ Marion, Mary pioneered the study of complexity leadership in the academic field of management. She is a renowned leadership scholar who has taught and presented her work around
the world. Her research findings are published in top academic and practitioner journals, and her contributions to leadership theory have been recognized with best paper awards.
Edward F Knab
Dr. Edward Knab’s 30 year professional career has been focused on the expansion of global supply chains and global markets. He spent 20 years developing global supply chain solutions for the hardware, office products, and office furniture industries.
Douglas is a business development, strategy expert and a world-class brand builder. He has over 25 years experience in industry and consulting including Chief Marketing Officer for Volkswagen commercial vehicles, Vice President of the prestigious Lausanne Hotel School and Advisor to Nestle-Nespresso’s CEO.
John Findlay is a partner of Maverick & Boutique. His complex adaptive systems model of socio-technogical change offers a robust explanation for the hyper-chaotic period currently being experienced in every realm of human activity - technology, markets, economies, jobs and politics - as humans make the shift to a new and higher level of social and technological order.
