Morley specialises in improving performance through building capability & enabling change, supporting leaders, teams & key groups as they undertake or lead transition.
Teambuilding, coaching and supporting personal development, applying 20 years of international management experience as well as a genuine interest in the right side of the human brain.

Wouter, a philosophy graduate, is a native Belgian with a very international career blue-chip companies across various industries. He started his career in the advertising industry where he quickly got a special liking for innovative thinking and strategy development.
Julian Birkinshaw is Professor and Chair of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School. He is co-founder of the Management Lab (MLab), a Fellow of the Advanced Institute of Management Research (UK), and a Fellow of the Academy of International Business.
Headed up the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter and is Distinguished Visiting Professor for Leadership Development at INSEAD. Published articles including Harvard Business Review and enjoys a rich and a varied background.

Serge Beddington- Behrens
Serge is an internationally respected coach, psychotherapist, and spiritual educator. He started as a stockbroker, before moving into publishing and running an art gallery in London. He then went to the U.S. and qualified as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Relationship Consultant.
Michael is the founder and Managing Director of www.outposts.co.uk. The company provides adventurous activities and leadership training for all ages in UK, Africa, Europe and the Far East. Experiential learning is the foundation of the leadership training using innovative tasks, both indoor and outside.
Oxana is a leading consultant qualified in project and programme management and leadership. She has long experience in this field, including past roles such as the Regional Director of ICCPM in Russia and CIS countries, and also currently Senior Lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
Roger is a Leadership development consultant and Executive coach. He spends periods of time in interim roles both managing leadership development functions and as HR Director. Acting as our Co-ordinator for China, Bonnie has 20 years of working experience in cross-cultural environment, including 12 years as HR professional in China for renown multinational corporations that enjoy worldwide leading position in chemical and shipping industries.
Hongkuan has 30 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. His first 15 years he served in public and academic sectors, and the last 15 years in business. He spent 12 years of his career working outside China and had the opportunity to work for US, French, and Chinese companies—all large ones, including GE and Johnson & Johnson.
Ivy has more than 14 years in leadership assessment and leadership development, including hands on experience in corporate and enriched project experience with clients in areas like: talent assessment, leadership development, company culture development, LND system development etc.
Simon has 20 years of senior management experience in a variety of multi-national companies. Dealt with cultural conflict issues in different equity structures of joint ventures, several offshore investors and foreign investor M&As of local businesses.
