Complexity Science and Chaos Theory have emerged from a wider trend which seems to be about not just seeing things from a solely determinsitic way, but also embracing more non-determinisitic approaches. Such an underlying trend can be seen in science.


There are many lessons that can be learnt from complexity science and chaos theory which can be of use to leadership. Three important ones are: Butterfly Effect, Fractals and Attractors.
